Diners increasingly say they want to eat healthier, more sustainable diets. But changing old habits can be hard. Developed by World Resources Institute, the Food Service Playbook for Promoting Sustainable Food Choices gives food service operators the latest strategies for creating dining environments that empower consumers to choose sustainable, plant-rich dishes.

Social video promoting the playbook

As part of the effort to promote this playbook, we developed a series of videos that visually explain some of the techniques supported by research and industry experience. Using a simple narrative, the videos feature appetizing plant-based dishes and other objects interacting with animations and selected data.
